Fashionably Late: Wedding Attire

I wasn't feeling particularly inspired by any topics for Wedding Wednesday this week, so I decided instead to post pictures of myself at a wedding! Clever, right?!?

This past Sunday, Matt and I attended a lovely wedding at one of the local parks. I hadn't originally planned on buying a new dress for the occasion, but I just happened upon it while I was returning a pair of shoes to Macy's (and buy "happened upon" I mean that I returned the shoes, then intentionally walked to Lord & Taylor to look at their dress selection). I kind of found the perfect dress, so it's lucky that I did indulge my retail therapy habit that day.

You could probably pair this dress with some bigger earrings or necklace, but I felt it was lovely enough on its own without any statement accessories.

Uh oh, showin' some leg!

I know what you're thinking. You're thinking, "yeah that dress is nice and all, but can you dance?"

See for yourself.

Are you seeing these dance moves? This dress is PERFECT for cuttin' a rug!

In addition, if there happens to be an open space nearby, you can reenact the opening of "Sound of Music."

The hills are alllliiiiveeee

Many thanks to my photographer who accompanied me on this photo shoot:

And none of this would have been possible without my stylist:

That girl in pink sure knows fashion!
Much Love,

  1. Were you on So You Think You Can Dance?!

    1. Oh no...SYTYCD cannot handle what I would bring to the table. For the sake of the show and the viewers, I have never auditioned.

  2. I LOVE COLORED LACE OVER NUDE. who needs big jewels when you have a dress like that?
